Julia has her CAM (Community Association Manager) license which allows her to manage communities. In 2008 Julia obtained her AMS (Association Management Specialist) certification and is currently working towards her PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager). Over the last 4 years, she has become the manager of the following complexes :

Drew Ridge Apartments Co-Op, Clearwater, FL Bldg's C, D and E (manages 3 out of 5 buildings with 42 units)

9th Street Villas Condos, Tampa, FL (17 units)

Oaks III Condominium, 32 units.

Sunburst Cove, Indian Shores, 6 units.

Brompton Place, Home Owners Association, Tampa, 18 units.

Hunters Run I, Home Owners Association, Tampa, 40 units.

Harvard Arms Townhomes, Home Owners Association, Clearwater, 55 Units.


Julia also handles the “violations” for 2 HOA’s
(Home Owner Associations) in Palm Harbor and Tampa
