I have many skills. As an English RN, I have 13 years of nursing experience.

In South Africa, for 18 years with my ex-husband, we ran our own construction business with at times 60 employees. We tackled work in both the private and public sector, from handyman work to building houses. We had an excellent reputation for service, reliability, and honesty. Once I knew we were moving over here, I chose Real Estate as my future career, and opened up "Julia Galpin Estates" to see if I would enjoy it. Within 2 years I became the leading Broker in my neighborhood. In those days, open listings were the order of the day, and a house might have 3 signs in the yard! Well, I started a multi listing service, and linked us up!

In 1986, we immigrated to Tampa, and in 1988 I passed my Brokers exam. In 1989 I moved to Clearwater, and gained valuable experience as an agent before opening Julia Galpin Realty in 1991.

Over the years I have grown my team slowly and carefully, and they are here to serve you. The Internet has become an important part of our business, and E-mail is checked frequently.

Personally I have 2 wonderful grown up sons, with beautiful wives, and three granddaughters, Jamie, Courtney, and Rachel. My hobbies include Toastmasters, reading, nutrition, keeping fit and exploring the Florida outdoors.
