manages the Bookkeeping and is Julia’s “Computer Guru”.
She is a great asset to Julia helping also with our Property Management
Division. Heidi is also an active Realtor who has helped many people with

Charlotte
is the teams Buyers Agent, She will work with you to find the
perfect new home for your needs. Charlotte is also fluent in
French and Chinese.

Agent
Originally from South Africa, Nolen assists Heidi
with the Property Management Rentals and also assists Julia with Association
Management issues. Noleen speaks English and Afrikaans (one of
the youngest languages in the world). |

Jackie
directs phone calls, handles all mailings, input to the MLS system,
creates marketing materials such as flyers and post
cards and helps make things run smoothly for everyone. |

In doing Julia’s
Bookkeeping, Terry keeps all accounts in order and up to date. He
pays all bills, collects the rents
and puts the monthly reports together for Julia’s Community Management
Division. Terry
comes to us from California by way of Chicago. |
