Julia has her CAM (Community Association Manager) license which allows her to manage communities. Over the last 2 years, she has become the manager of the following complexes :

Drew Ridge Apartments Co-Op, Clearwater, FL Bldg’s A, C, D and E (manages 4 out of 5 buildings with 64 units)

9th Street Villas Condos, Tampa, FL (17 units)

Windjammer Condos, St Petersburg, FL (248 units)

Julia also handles the “violations” for 2 HOA’s
(Home Owner Associations) in Palm Harbor and Tampa
